The hotel is situated in a prime location right in the heart of Konstanz, which makes it super convenient to explore the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the rooms were rather small and felt outdated for the price I paid. Dining was acceptable but not stellar, and some amenities could use improvement.
